It’s a feeling the members of Tiberius<\/a><\/strong> are well-acquainted with, per their new song “Sag.” The blistering spool of alt-rock catches vocalist and guitarist Brendan Wright “aggrandizing self-importance,” thrashing to the sound of their own existential unease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n “Sag” and its accompanying music video arrived last week (July 18) and begin to reveal Tiberius’ label debut album Troubadour<\/em>, which arrives November 14 via Audio Antihero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cSag is about this dreaded \u2018Allston to Bushwick\u2019 pipeline we have in Boston,” shared Wright. “A lot of musicians end up using Boston to cut their teeth before heading off to New York or L.A. to pursue their music careers. I wrote \u2018Sag\u2019 when I was really playing the \u2018comparison game\u2019 in my head and asking myself what role I wanted music to play in my life.
